SwiftBlox is an independent, third-party marketplace selling virtual in-game items, currency, and boosted-account services for popular Roblox games. SwiftBlox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation.

Trading items, currency, or accounts for real money outside of a game's own official systems — sometimes called "cross-trading" — is against Roblox's Terms of Use. Placing an order here carries the inherent platform risk that comes with that: Roblox may take action against accounts involved in this kind of trade, at its own discretion, independent of anything SwiftBlox does or doesn't do. We don't control Roblox's enforcement decisions and can't promise an outcome either way. If that risk isn't one you're willing to accept, this isn't the right marketplace for you.

Delivery is handled by a real person on our team, not an automated bot — timing depends on staff availability, and we aim for delivery within the hour when staff are online, though it can take longer. Your order's tracking page and, if you've linked Discord, your private ticket thread are the two places to follow progress.

You're responsible for entering the correct Roblox username and (for guest checkout) a working email address at checkout — see the guest checkout notice below for what happens if that email is wrong.

Payment is processed by Stripe. SwiftBlox never sees or stores your card details. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact Support or open a Discord ticket.

You're responsible for keeping your own Roblox account secure. SwiftBlox staff will never ask for your Roblox password — only your username, to know which account to deliver to.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. Continuing to place orders after a change means you accept the current version.
